We will host an appetizer/drink reception from 4:30-6 pm on site on Thursday, November 5th, 2026
***Cancellation policy: If you need to cancel your registration within 10 days of the course/event, you will receive a refund to your original payment method, minus a $100/per day fee to cover venue food and beverage guarantees. If you cancel earlier, WLTA will refund your registration. If you cancel within 48 hours of the event, WLTA cannot issue a refund of any amount. ***

We have a room block reserved at The Lismore Hotel Eau Claire - a DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel for November 4, 2026, through November 6, 2026. Booking your room is simple; just select "Book a Room" to receive your group's preferred rate. This rate is valid until 10/13/2026.
We recommend parking in the city-owned adjacent parking ramp. Parking is available for $7/day. Please bring your vehicle information with you when you check in.
